Horatius is a real broody man and this is where it starts :3c They meet when they’re around 8, and are tutored together in all ways a future senator needs be. They’re utterly inseparable, even as young men fighting battles and rising through the ranks. (Horatius falls terribly in love, something his dear friend fails to notice)
Quite happy with this one, I really love the Romans and I’m super excited to paint them again. I have something else sketched out which I’m really looking forward to with these two, but first I think I’ll do a quick lil 1930’s au painting, finally show off a new character 💞 (Im…. Also making a ref sheet for this au, but it’ll take a while bcs it’s a lot 😖)
