Challenge dungeons have boss mechanics that require cooperation to beat. You can often find people in the JasX group who are willing to play. If you only want to play alone there's plenty of other quests. In addition to the 7 main quests and 2 side quests, there's additional quests in the PanRi mod. You also have the option to make your own mod and quests!
