GoThongs Class Balance Update

I've tuned most classes to bring them more in line DPS wise. Once the next public release is out, I'll do balancing of HPS and tank survivability.

Priest and Swordsinger have not been touched in this wave of adjustments since they'll be getting ability replacements after the next update.

Assassin

Arcane flux now reduces mana cost of all spells by 40%, up from 30%
Arcane flux AoE damage is now 30, up from 15, but no longer damages the target itself. This should make a better distinction that self cast arcane flux is better for single target, whereas arcane flux is better for multi target.

Monk

Shadow Knight

Tentaclemancer

Infest duration is now 15, up from 11
Burst now makes your next tentacle bolt instant cast and increases its damage by up to 150% based on arousal.
Splort damage has been increased to 20, up from 16
Splort will no longer proc cooldown resets on burst
Burst cooldown has been reduced to 8 sec, down from 10

Warrior

Windflame

Magma Bolt damage has been reduced to 10, down from 15
Cauterize now grants one stack of instant cast magma bolt, down from two
Cauterize cooldown has been reduced to 4 sec, down from 5 sec
Flame lick now increases damage taken from magma bolt by 25%, down from 50% (tooltip incorrectly said 100%)
