James and Elizabeth had been sweethearts since high school, totally committed to each other from day one without experiencing any of the usual relationship troubles as they progressed through college and into their adult lives. It was rare for the two to ever spend a day apart and neither had even slept with anyone else prior to the beginning of their relationship. They were as close to a fairytale couple as one could find and were excited at the idea of spending the rest of their lives together as husband and wife.
The morning of the wedding though, James experienced a sudden change of heart as he was overwhelmed with panic. The reality of the situation had started to sink in and suddenly spending the rest of his life with one person seemed terrifying. Was he really ready to promise himself to Elizabeth in the eyes of the Lord? As much as he was sure that he loved her, marriage suddenly felt like a battlefield he wasn’t nearly ready to step onto.
Doing his best to keep his breathing steady and mind rational, James did what he always did during moments of crisis and turned to his best friend for help. Kieron had been there for him just as long as Elizabeth had and was to be the best man at the wedding. If anyone was capable of talking sense into James and reassure him that he was making the right choice, it was him. Just as expected, Kieron was happy to sit and listen to James’ incoherent babble of panic, clapping him on the shoulder as a sign of support once his words had finally exhausted him.
“Don’t you stress anymore, bro. I’ve got just the thing for you,” James’ best friend assured him, moving his hand from James’ shoulder to cover his eyes. The groom opened his mouth to question what he was doing but Kieron quickly silenced him. “Just take a deep breath in… and let it go.” James did as he was told. “Good, again. Now a third time.” Every time he inhaled and exhaled, James realized that he did indeed feel a lot calmer and more certain of his decision. Kieron was a miracle worker!
As the hand was removed from his eyes, James saw the world through a brand new pair of his eyes. Indeed his once hazel pupils were now a gorgeous bright blue and the rest of his body had transformed into the man who those eyes belonged to - Kieron’s younger brother, Kian, who was notoriously anti-monogamy and not at all ashamed to flaunt his homosexuality in front of all of the super religious folk that were gathered at the church for the ceremony.
Kian immediately felt much calmer and strangely couldn’t even recall what had made him feel so worried in the first place. All he knew was that he was sure as hell glad that he wasn’t the one getting married - in fact he couldn’t think of anything worse. As if he’d want anything to do with that straight nonsense! It was just a shame that hunky James would be off the market for good and without Kian ever getting the chance to blow him! Ugh, totally rude! Elizabeth’s a total bitch for stealing him. Kian had been crushing on James ever since Kieron had first introduced the two of them and now he’d never get the older man to pound his ass like the slut he was. What a total waste!
Oh well, at the very least he’d be able to flirt with some cute groomsmen and maybe even make some of the more god-faithful young men doubt themselves. After all, who would be able to resist him when he looked so cute in this suit and the pants were so tight around his bubble butt? Hey, maybe he’d even be able to make James question getting married! Wouldn’t that be funny?
