Hi guys!

To clarify the development process of our game, I decided to tell you a little about the algorithm of our actions. This will remove all questions and doubts and bring us a little closer.

I will give an example of the algorithm that guides the development of each new version.

So let's get started:

1. In accordance with the main scenario, first we make new locations and NPCs/events that should be there according to the main scenario.

2. After that, we combine new locations and events with the previous ones so that they are interconnected. Why? Because at the beginning of the game, all locations have only basic events, but since the player will decide where to go and what to do, old maps receive additional events and moments to advance the plot. For example, a previously unknown NPC comes to Martha's house and a new branch of the plot begins, etc. All this should be known only to the developer, but the player should not notice the difference and just enjoy playing the game, right? We understand the difference between a player and a developer very well, so we try to make sure that players get the most comfort from our game.

3. Then more serious work begins on sprites, sprite animation and interesting moments (suddenly falling underwear and other things like "Oops!". This is an integral part of the game and, in my opinion, a very good solution.

4. After that, the search for music and sounds begins. This is usually very difficult, for example, most of Marta's voices "Huh" etc. are my own voice :).

5. Since our updates are always quite voluminous, our tests usually take longer than many other games. But as a result, in our updates you can find significantly fewer bugs than in many other developers, so the scheme gives a good result.

6. In addition to everything I wrote above, in each update we try (unnoticed by the players) to fix small moments, improve the quality of the gameplay in general and in detail.

7. While we are working on the new version, some of us are already working on some elements of the next version. For example, in version 0.7.0, the beginning of an excellent combat system should already be laid. Which, in the traditions of our game, will also be filled with interesting content and mechanics as much as possible. So that the player will never get bored. Right now, our person is seriously working on this, paying attention to every detail. This will not be a simple exchange of blows, etc. This will be a normal continuation of the style of our game with all the interesting things.

8. Now about the most important thing, large images. Guys, this moment is always at the very end of version development for us. The project takes so much time that I simply do not have time to draw everything that should be included in the new update. I have a lot of sprites and animations that you all like, without this "Pies'n'Apples" will not be themselves. I contacted some artists and some artists also contacted me, but they say that I came up with a new old school style and it is quite difficult. Therefore, the search continues and of course we will find a solution. I work every day to find an artist.

There will really be a lot of content (large images, etc.) in the game and there is a simple explanation for this: any fetishes and any situations that do not contradict the law and my personal moral principles will be included in the game. In the world of the Kingdom, absolutely every player should get what he keeps secret from others (again, if it is not prohibited by law). I personally want to be sure that after our game your mood and your needs will be satisfied and you will say with a smile "Damn, this really made my day / evening / night!) etc.

Of course, in addition to this, thanks to our super-programmer (How about this Tony Stark? hehe...) the functionality of PPG Maker is being improved and expanded. New plugins and scripts are being written, various add-ons are being added and everything unnecessary is being removed.

In conclusion, I want to say that work on the project is carried out absolutely every day, without days off. It's very interesting and always gives an ocean of positivity. The project will never be abandoned and even after its completion I will release several additions. Therefore, all you need to do is believe in us and give us time. Magic never happens quickly. I hope we agreed?)

Also about donations... 
I don't like this topic, but one day I have to say it... Buddies, the "Pies'n'Apples" project exists not only on our enthusiasm. I will tell you a secret only once, at the moment we receive 400 (+-) dollars. Personally, this money does not help me in any way, but paying for the work of employees, for example, an expensive pixel art artist, or ordering a musician, buying materials, etc. is very problematic. Guys, this is what makes development slow. Believe me. I have never asked (I have no right to do this and I also cannot step over my principles) and I am not asking now, but I just want you to understand the essence of the problem. But in any case, we are always working and one day you will definitely get a complete, finished game "Pies'n'Apples" and we will start developing the next chapter.
