News and Updates - June 2019

- HUGE shout outs to Friend 1 and Friend 2 (I don't know if they want to remain anonymous, but I won't post their names unless they say otherwise) for helping out with some big donations last month. They basically paid for our tires to make our car road-safe and made up for most of our income-needs gap last month, so thank you both so very much for helping out well beyond what anyone would expect.

- Okay so far this month -  Made enough this month on Patreon to pay our rent and a little toward food. But we will still be making up the rest in commissions later in the month.
Thanks to all of you and your ongoing support, though I am still trying to increase Patrons. I had 203 Patrons last June, and I have 128 now.

- Still fighting uphill. I've been concerned with my health lately, nothing diagnosed yet, but symptoms of organ problems and potentially neuropathy have me worried about my future. I've been dealing with illness for over a decade, and I feel I'm aging prematurely. Doing what I can to keep going. Life is already too short, I don't want it to be shorter or shittier than it has to be. I want to draw and enjoy life as long as I possibly can. Thinking about my mortality isn't exactly great for work morale either.

Last month was pretty productive, though I wish I'd gotten more of one thing or another done instead of some of the tedious non-art related things I had to deal with. Still balancing between doing rewards, commissions, collaborations, and large projects like FNAB2. Limited funds, and the need to make ends meet each month are the usually the problem. Dealing with other physical stress issues, twitches, and minor sleep apnea. Lina has been been dealing with depression on and off, though she still gets therapy ($5 a week due to our income level) and it's showing progress.
