OCCT V11 beta early access !

Hi everyone !

A milestone has been reached, and i'm ecstatic to be able to share it with you all !

I'm bad at estimating a release time frame. I thought I would have reached a stable release by now, but instead, i reached the beta stage, sorry about that :( I think i will learn from this and announce less precise release time frames in the future :)

OCCT v11 is such a huge overhaul I decided to go slow with this release. Instead of releasing it globally to everyone with a license, I released it first on my discord a few hours ago, to supporters only, so I can react quickly to any issue that arises before going forth with more people accessing it.

Feedback is generally very positive, so it's time to reward you all ! :)

OCCT v11 introduces a LOT of stuff, mainly :

 * A new 3D test called "3D adaptive", based on Unreal engine, that can adapt its load dynamically and thus test your GPU at game-like clocks, or stress-level clocks. It's a one of a kind !

* The Stability certificate feature, where your computer undergoies a series of predefined test, and if successful (no errors detected), you get a full, online report with monitoring information included

* Lots of small enhancements, like a double-heartbeat ensuring a test doesn't continue when the GUI crashes for some reason, and vice versa.

* OCCT Personal becomes the "free" edition, and OCCT Personal Plus is the one with all the feature exclusive to supporters. They're basically just different programs now. Makes things much easier on my side.

This is an early release, in the sense that everything is working, but I've decided to go forth without all being fully done. The main limitations that are going to be lifted in the future are :

* The UI isn't final yet, especially for the new 3D adaptive test. It's text based, when I would like to have a full double slider for selecting the range for instance. I didn't do much input validation, as I want to improve it, so you may encounter weird behavior if you type a float value like 0.5...

* The stability certificate feature is limited to CPU - Bronze and CPU - Silver for now. I have to work on the efficiency of my upload algorithm to open, higher levels, and more thoroughly test others before opening them
