This is a huge project, and will take his time.

The idea is to create a lot of traffic-cars we can use online and offline, old way wit traffic layouts or with CSP LUA-Traffic tool.

cars have all same tyre-size, it may look kinda weird, but this is only way we can use it correctly online, this way cars and bus/trucks can work properly.

DON'T USE ON SERVER or EDIT THEM WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!

For Servers use this setting:
-SplineHeightOffsetMeters: 0.10 (could be more or less, depends on track)
-TyreDiameterMeters: 0.68

Project:
We are converting the LOD 3 of FM4 cars. when the mod is finished, we use its shells for the LUA Traffic-Tool. this way you can use same cars for online and offline, old or new (LUA) way.
Once this project is finished, it will include:

-30 cars from EU brands (Benz, Audi, BMW)
-30 cars from Asian brands (nissan, toyota....)
-30 cars from US brands (ford, chevy....)
-10 bus, truck, police and other vehicles

Skins:
they have 8 skins x3, that means:
-8x EU plates (default)
-8x JP plates (switching 3d parts via ext_config)
-8x US plates (switching 3d parts via ext_config)

this way you can have a Benz on SRP or a Nissan on LAC or whatever.

Facts:
-Triangles = within 8-12k
-Materials = within 9-11
-Objects = 28-32 (usual suspects: steering, headlight, highbeam, blinker 4x, taillight, reverselight, rim+tyre 4x.....)
-LOD A-D all together within 4-6mb

LUA-Traffic-Tool:
This new CSP feature allows us to create "real" traffic.
