More Half-off Clothing Work

I finished all of the core work for adding a half-off clothing stage in v0.31.1, and now I'm working on implementing all of the related bits and pieces that are needed for it to be a proper game mechanic. The biggest and most complex chunk of work to do is to integrate this new concept into the existing sex system.

The current sex system uses fairly simple logic when you try and strip down a girl. When you try and remove a piece of clothing the game checks what the sluttiness of her outfit in that state would be. If the sluttiness requirement is higher than her effective sluttiness (which is affected by arousal, love, and situational modifiers) she refuses to take off that piece of clothing. This can lead to some counter-intuitive situations where a girl would have sex, but refuses to take off her panties, or where you need to take off a girls high heels (because they raise an outfit's sluttiness) before she feels comfortable showing you her tits.

I want the new half-off clothing state to help fix some of these quirks. The new stripping mechanics will have reduced requirements for pulling a piece of clothing "half-off", based only on what that _specific_ piece of clothing reveals. This will generally mean it requires 20 Sluttiness if it's revealing a girls underwear, or 40 Sluttiness if it's revealing her tits or pussy. These requirements can then be further modified by a girls opinions, your location, and a girls existing taboos. The end result should be that you can pull clothing half-off to gain access to any part of a girls body by the time she would agree to a sex position that involved it.

There are other details that I will need to work on as well, such as having a girl decide herself to sometimes pull a piece of clothing half-off, but the system is well on it's way to being fully functional. Once it's done I will be turning my attention to your home life and adding new events for your family as they become more corrupt.
