While I expected Power Rangers, Sailor Moon, and Voltron to be the bulk of the examples, I was surprised to see a lack of anime representation. Specifically Fairy Tail Dragon Slayers, and the new Dragonball Five Man Band. Speaking of the 5 Man Band, the multiple references here have me hopeful that Token Evil Teammate, Cute Animal Mascot, and the Annoying Kid Character Made For Your Younger Sibling are around the corner! Great video though, never thought about a lot of those pros and cons. Makes me wonder why a trope like this is mostly relegated to kids toy commercial shows
