Little update!

Little update for this month, I was going to make the new sample pack and get the content for this month ready, but I'm currently recovering from my COVID booster shot, because man did it hit me good (give me a few more days lol)
Also currently in the process of switching from my Focusrite interface to a new MOTU M4, but I have been having some issues with the new interface which I'm trying to figure out and fix. Basically there is some distortion kicking in at random moments which sounds exactly like the distortion when you have two devices with different sample rates trying to work together. However, the sample rates are all set to 48kHz across my entire machine so that can't be it. Trying to narrow it down by eliminating anything that could cause issues to see if I can get to a solution before I decide to ship the M4 back.
The new Novation 61SL MkIII is amazing though! Man does this MIDI controller pack a punch! So many great features on it that I'm going to have to figure out and learn more about, but it looks pretty straight forward tbh. A lot of the features I was able to already figure out myself without the manual or tutorials since everything is labelled well on the controller. For sure it was easier than some of the features on my old controller, which were sometimes hidden and only accessible with some weird button combination you could only find out about in the manual or online lol.
So for now trying to get the MOTU M4 to work properly, which it does most of the time, until that random distortion kicks in again. Switched it to a different USB port on the front of the PC since that one doesn't share power with the back USB ports and since then the distortion hasn't come back, which might be a good sign, but will have to let it run for a bit to know for sure.
