Serving as Dean of Education and guidance counsellor to the students of Fuck University, the bookish and wholesome Wendell counts himself amongst a tiny minority of asexual members of the fappened campus, holding no strong sexual desires of his own despite his fully-fappened body. Because of this rare status and his interest in helping others discover and understand themselves better, he serves as an invaluable ally in helping transfer students that have recently moved to the city and undergone the Fappening figure out how to come to terms with their altered forms and the new urges that come with them.
