BTA Autumn Roadmap
Added 2023-11-20 17:04:48 +0000 UTC- Current plans for BTA include a few things but mostly later-era events and some store expansions. Hope to have most/all of this by end of the year, though one of them may need to wait a little longer due to scale. Note that the roadmap isn't including various minor tweaks and things that I make as we go.
-Further Sanctuary Worlds event expansion, codename: Tortuga Strikes Back!: Basically, this is what it says on the tin, this is the Tortugans striking back against the Sanctuary Alliance conquerers and trying to take their worlds back. Nothing ground-breaking but a nice little event.
-Clan Goliath Scorpion's inclusion into BTA, codename: The Hanseatic Crusade!: This is also what it says on the tin, Clan Goliath Scorpion is going to invade the Hanseatic League and is going to replicate the Hanseatic Crusade from 3140-3141. There's really no reason this couldn't be done earlier in the timeline so it's going to be! Will come with at least one new mech (using an existing model). Hurrah!
-Black Market expansion: This one is a little odd. Folks have asked for the BM to be better via the inclusion of more Clantech and such which I dislike as tech is already readily available elsewhere. I would prefer the BM sell something unique that you can't get elsewhere and so I dug deep into the CAB archives and found several models that are currently unused in BTA and I can repurpose for Black Market-exclusive designs. So I'll be doing that.
-Chassis expansion: This is a longer-term project but essentially there's a number of chassis with very few variants and/or no upgraded ones so I'm gonna fix that. Great examples include the Phoenix and the Gladiator, both of which have periphery trash and that's it. Gonna fix that.
-Christmas event!: Gonna get everyone some stocking stuffers this year, hurrah!
