Future Patrons will now be charged on the date they join.
Added 2022-09-30 08:05:49 +0000 UTCPatreon now has a new subscription model, and I'll be opting-into that program.
New Patrons: Welcome! You will be billed monthly on the date you joined and no longer get a second charge at the start of the next month. ie. If you joined on the 30th, you won't be charged again on the 1st, but on the 30th of the next month.
Existing Patrons: Thanks for your continued support. Nothing changes for you. You will be charged at the start of each month until you reset your contribution date by leaving and coming back.
How this helps me: I don't know. They haven't quite added the variable amount of payouts thing I've been suggesting so I can handle refunds, but this helps it a little.
