- weight map texture export fix. doesn't have random lines anymore.
- attach parent. randomly scattered actors should be fixed now.
- fix only last vertex color had colors on import (psk importer).
Known Issues:
- Replay Exporter not working
- Override Vertex Color not supported
- Editor Texture data not supported.
