Perhaps it speaks to our core desire of not being alone, having someone by our side to explain why the world is the way it is and why things happen, cheer on our accomplishments and comfort after our failings. I'm sure there is a reason why people keep coming back to this idea.
I hope she has many new adventures, and helps her friends find meaning and will to keep going
