It’s time for a peek at next month’s second collection! This much-anticipated set has been hanging on the peripheries for over a year now - regularly being just beaten-out in the community votes by only a few ballots. So finally, we decided to develop this one ourselves, and make a release for the people, featuring the people!
We can’t wait to see what you think - let’s dive in:
First up, we’ve got a zealous travelling Azerai Preacher. Atop a moving pulpit, drawn by mindless husks, he is yelling his blessed sermon out at the citizenry. Stern, covered in the rich panoply of the Church, he is a figure of awe in the isolated frontier townships at the rim of the Empire.

Joining the Preacher is a procession of Husk Attendants, each carrying what we’ll fondly refer to as ‘religious aids’ - bells, books and a big hot metal ball. What more could a Preacher need?

Suitably buoyed by the words of the Preacher, a prospective citizen of the Empire might be compelled to rip off their shirts, grab a flail, and join the pain train, following the preacher and proclaiming their devotion to the Azerai Creed. Some might be lucky enough to carry the sacred hierogram!

What’s a religious procession without someone to watch it? Luckily enough, we’ve got a crowd of folk primed to watch in awe at the travelling procession. We’re not sure what that hooded fellow with the chicken is up to, but we’re sure it can’t be good…

In a nice stroke of luck, this set will be a fantastic foil for the upcoming Penitent Crusade Campaign, giving you a host of adoring villagers to fall to catatonic praise at the boots of the mighty Crusaders, and a preacher to extol their many virtues - I bet he’ll be talking about their excellent details, and optimized durability for tabletop play!
Cheers,
Bestiarum Crew
