The winner of our recent poll wanted to check in with everyone very briefly, so I told her that she could steal the timeline and make a very brief post.

You get the impression that you've come to the right place, but not by virtue of the fancy decor, the low lights of candles, or the glass of wine that's been set before you.

It's only the gaze of a canine, specifically a German Shepherd, that has your attention proper. Her stare is narrowed and curious, but not quite eager...not yet, at least.

"So, you're one of the lovely people who voted for me? I really can't thank you enough. I was starting to think that I'd finally outlived my prime," she confesses. "Even one more night in the spotlight would be delightful, but you never know when you're going to have your last; you need to make the most of every opportunity."

You nod and ask her what kind of opportunities she's looking for.

"In my youth, I wouldn't have been so bold, but...let's just cut to the chase: I've got no shortage of needs, and typically no shortage of partners, but after settling for so much of my life, I've come to be a woman of discerning taste. I'm only interested in the best of the best-those good boys who can live up to the title-could you be one of them?"
