The tutorial shows each important step from making the body, adding the clothes, custom making parts of the jacket, adding the background and layout elements and (of course) adding the model and the blueberry effect itself!
Hopefully you can read this and come away having learned something. I am self-taught when it comes to photo editing and have always said that ANYONE can make what I make. It just takes some time and patience.
