2022-03-10 03:14:59 +0000 UTC(Putting this in a second comment because when I try to post it all in one, it keeps disappearing) If you’re interested in doing other out-of-season Christmas movie reviews, might I suggest Arthur Christmas? It’s another unique take on the Santa mythos, though it leans more into the magic and modern Santa image than Klaus does, and it’s got an absolutely fantastic and heart-warming story, alongside great characters and some fantastic animation. And I can’t let a Christmas movie conversation go by without mentioning my all-time favorite Christmas movie, The Muppet Christmas Carol. In my opinion, the best Christmas Carol adaptation (and one of the most faithful to the book), it’s got fantastic songs, a great mix of Muppet humor and genuine emotion and drama.
