I've seen it theorized that Lucifer doesn't show up until when he does, because the terms of the extermination specifically mentioned by Lute in Episode 1 are that Lucifer "gave you and your hellborn kind a pardon from an exorcist blade." So it was Adam targeting Charlie that meant Lucifer could interfere. Which I feel like adds some more interesting weight to him not being there from the start of the fight if true.

If you look closely, you can even see he ripped out some of his hair in frustration as he was signing. Alastor was gaining a soft spot for the people at the hotel which he sees as a weakness. Almost dying was the wake up call he needed to put his full focus on his plans only. It was great watching this finale with you, JV!

2024-04-09 20:52:21 +0000 UTCStill we need to admit; Alastor was able to fight Adam for a remarkable amount of time - even without a single angelic weapon. So of course, it was clear he would lose the fight. I'm very excited for the second season having Vox and the other V's as main antagonists.
