Raise It Up probably got nominated for best original song at the Oscars, because it was performed there. There's a clip on YouTube of Jamia performing the song with Bryton James. At least I think it's still there.

2024-06-28 15:15:25 +0000 UTCI had the MP3 for raise it up for a number of years before I finally purchased the movie for streaming last year. I played the clarinet in school for a little more than a year and a half. Two of the kids in this movie sang in The Backyardigans, and a third who was part of The Backyardigans in an acting capacity later turned out to be a talented singer and instrumentalist and should have been part of this movie as well, in my honest opinion.
