The baby death seemed forced. I knew it was coming so it had no effect on me. I know this show likes to "shock" people, but for me its getting old and predictable.

2025-06-11 13:21:19 +0000 UTCI just don't like that the lesson of the episode was collateral damage. people get killed when they fight. so move the fight to somewhere else so less or no people die. Mark still fought in close proximity to innocent people. so nothing was learned in the end

2025-06-11 07:45:22 +0000 UTCI think that this show is very decisive on allot of issues but that’s what makes it great imo case in point Mark vs Cecil it really stimulates thinking and conversation it’s not just mindless action. But to your point JV I do understand what you’re saying in regards to powerplex situation. His thirst for vengeance consumed him so much that he was willing to try anything to get it. He even used his abilities in his home around his child and scared him showing a lack of concern for him. Then he used his wife and child for literal bait and stupidly used his dangerous abilities around them. Also his wife was instigating and not helping the situation but encouraging him to not give up.
