Very good. Though I remember an archeological channel covering a “vampire” burial in southern Poland that included implements to stop the woman from rising from the grave, which possibly suggested prejudice against a deformity she suffered in life. Interestingly, in the US, we adopted Eastern Europe to refer to former Soviet republics bordering Central Europe, sometimes including the Baltics or European Russia, sometimes not. I also notice Vee refers to Romanian civil and political culture as “Eastern European,” and of course I hear Ukrainian YouTubers refer to themselves as part of Eastern Europe in English as well. Not objections, just interesting complications I thought of.

2024-04-27 20:04:24 +0000 UTCGreat video. I think you've done justice. I think that the Balkans are an example of this prejustice and cultural determinism as well. There is actually a term called "balkanism" which is used to describe this phenomenon. And I think that Greeks are also susceptible to this. And some of as have some geographical and cultural determinism. By the way I believe that we could collaborate with some of these countries and take some note on their developments.
