Scale + bone
Added 2022-09-01 14:30:37 +0000 UTCMy papa gifted me a little garden find in the form of half a slow worm! Who already seems pretty mummified so hopefully I won't need to do much work on him ~ thinking he could be good contents for curio vials...
Also ~ mice update! So obviously I forgot about them in the hydrogen peroxide haha and it's been about three/four weeks. The process seems to be working so well though and almost all the liquid has evaporated! The complete one that was quite skeletal anyway looks almost done but the other definitely needs more time. I'm gonna check back again soon, scrape what I can off of them and refill with more hydrogen peroxide for another week. But I'm finding it mad exciting that it's working so well & way quicker than my other methods! You can totally see all the individual lil bonies in the last pic!
