they have a b-side called bapsae (fire song you should check it out) which means crowtit directly in Korean, I didn’t realise this bc the English name of the song is silver spoon lmao so I thought bapsae meant silver spoon, anyways bapsae although translated to crowtit in Korean also means like underdog cause theyre birds with really short legs so yh that’s another meaning they’re not actually talking about crow tits lol. Also jins been gone a year crazy so he’ll be back June 2024. Tae and namjoon enlisted today and jimin and jk in a couple hours. Hobi enlisted a couple months ago and yoongi like a couple weeks ago, his service is longer tho cause of his shoulder injury he can’t actually be in the field to do the 18 month service. So far we’ve seen baldtang, imma need someone to drop yoongi’s bald pics soon tho cause he’s the only one who we haven’t seen yet👀 For recommendations, id say go chronologically too through their albums because they’re really linked and for hyyh (most beautiful moment in life albums) the storyline starts with I need you 2015. Their previous school trilogy has nothing to do with that (first 3 albums) and then after hyyh you’ve got the wing album and then the love your self series, map of the souls, pandemic album, solos. Also the rap line has mixtapes before their official solo debut e.g rm’s before indigo has 2 older mixtapes, same with suga under Agust D and j-hope has hope world. The vocal line have solos but that’s within album’s usually unless they drop songs ins sound cloud like still with you which is FINALLY on Spotify or like the rap line ddeang released for festa. To get to know them and they’re journey, id definitely recommend the rise of bangtan which is a docuseries made by a fan that put together footage from predebut to 2018. It’s 21 episodes (30 mins each) and it has bonus and deleted scenes starting from the 3rd episodes, id say watch those too, the bonus scenes a basically a funny compilation so you’d get that part down and it’s from the time that episode is about. First episode is about the kpop industry in general to like explain what it’s like to set the tone and it’s crazy how those fans put together the footage from bts like that so cohesively, so talented I could never. But it’s very informative and fun and the easiest way to get to know the basics and their personalities. There’s also snippets of songs from that year, performances, demos and behind the scenes you wouldn’t get from just diving into interviews or run bts. It’s like a mixture of everything the fun variet shows, interviews, dance practices, hardships/backlash and vlives so definitely check it out
