"There ya go kiddo," Daddy said as he got Mav situated in his high chair and handed him his teddy bear.
Just a diaper and a bib this morning. Daddy found this easier than putting the boy in one of his t-shirts or onesies only to have to take it off and throw it in wash immediately afterward. With each day Mav spent as a baby, the messier his meal times had become. Especially lately, it seemed like he'd been getting more of his food on him than in him.
Daddy didn't mind though. It was to be expected for a toddler like Mav, and the solution was fairly simple: No clothes during during breakfast, bib in the wash afterward, wipe down Mav's face and chest, change his diaper, then put him in his outfit for the day. All toddlers need a routine, and Mav seemed quite content with the one Daddy had established for him.
