Hi Nouf! Thank you so much for your kind words and support — it really means a lot to me 🤍 I’d love to help get this sorted out, so I just wanted to check what exactly is happening. If the apartment build isn’t showing up in your Gallery, here are a few things to double-check: 📁 Tray Files Make sure all the files (with .blueprint, .bpi, and .trayitem extensions) are placed directly into your Tray folder: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray ✨ Don’t put them inside any subfolder — they need to go straight in! 🖼️ Gallery Filters & Game Settings Open your game and check the following: Go to Gallery > My Library At the top bar, make sure you’re in “My Library”, not the online Gallery On the left filters, check both “Rooms” and “Lots” (or simply choose “All”) Most importantly, make sure “Include Custom Content” is checked ✅ 🛠️And don’t forget to check your Game Options Settings: Options > Other > Enable Custom Content and Mods ✔️ Also tick Script Mods Allowed (Then restart your game after enabling these!) ---If You’re Getting an Error When Placing the Lot--- If you’re seeing a “Call failed” or “Placement failed” message, it might be caused by an outdated or conflicting mod. Please make sure any mods like T.O.O.L., BetterBuildBuy, or MCCC are fully updated. One thing you can try: Temporarily move your entire “The Sims 4” folder (from Documents > Electronic Arts) to your desktop, then relaunch the game via EA App or Steam. This will create a clean new folder — you can test the build in a fresh save to see if it places correctly. I’ve also re-tested the build on my end (on two PCs and a Mac), and everything seems to be working fine so far. I’ve followed all the instructions, but it doesn’t show up properly in The Sims. Could you please check the file or let me know if there’s an updated version? Thanks again for your hard work 💛
