The victorious demon king needs an heir now that his conquest is complete. Who better to carry it than the hero he defeated?
Our hero hates the idea at first, of course, but agrees, thinking it's better to surrender and survive to strike back later than to die now. He doesn't expect to become addicted to his one-time enemy's cock or the feeling of the burgeoning life growing inside him after he gets knocked up, but that's exactly what happens. Being one of the goddess' chosen makes our hero particularly fertile so it doesn't take long at all for his belly to begin swelling. It seems like it's never going to stop, but its massive size makes sense considering the impressive stature of the father.
Before he even gives birth to the demon king's first child our hero is already wondering how he can convince his new master to let him bear another, all thoughts of vengeance long smothered. He needn't worry, of course; seeing how pliant and eager to please the hero has become, nothing would give the demon king more joy than to keep him by his side, heavy with his seed as a reminder to the people of his dominance over the kingdom he'd fought for so long to conquer.
