Changed the privilege given to English teams when signing English players. This is an attempt to reduce very small English teams acquiring world-class talents simply because they are English. This has been done with every other nationality.
Crucial Gameplay Mod change
Reduced the speed of players so that they cover the pitch less fast and also reduced acceleration. Adjusted the speed of turns so that body parts don't phase through the ball.
Increased the possible error when making touches, passes and shots in different situations. Pressure contributes to mistakes being made.
Improved the CPU AI's build-up play. It will actually make backwards passes to avoid losing possession. This is not ultra-consistent as an element of risk-taking is required for chance creation.
Changes made! Reduced the growth experienced by players between 16 - 18 years of age.
