InnFormation FC 25 Legendary Gameplay Mod

This Gameplay Mod makes the following changes:

Changes made to AI Behaviour:

- AI will attempt more tackles and interceptions.

- AI will attempt more ambitious passes such as long balls, diagonal switches and through balls.

- AI will pass to avoid turning over possession. This is not constant though as the AI is traditionally programmed to march forward. Thus, it will prioritise progressing forward.

- The AI's vision has been improved to match the user. The intention is to make the AI match your field of vision as the user - being able to see almost the entire pitch. Taking full advantage of this enhanced vision lies with the attributes of the players (e.g. Good teams will be able to successfully execute long passes whilst lesser teams will fail when doing so). The execution of the ideas will be different.

- AI will shield the ball more to maintain possession (this is not overpowered though). You will notice rare moments of the AI shielding the ball so that it goes out of play for a corner or Goalkick depending on the situation.

General changes made by the Mod:

- Defenders are more aggressive when making interceptions and tackles (clearly visible when watching the AI defend).

- Physicality is more visible. Taller and stronger players will win more air battles.

- Pressure will lead to more errors on the ball.

- Using the weaker foot leads to more errors when shooting or passing.

- Enhanced the effect of team chemistry on relevant attributes such as vision, marking, passing and other functional attributes affecting a team's whole play so that teams with poor chemistry suffer on the pitch (This likely

works on Manager Mode). I also removed the effect of chemistry on attributes that are more individual based such as shooting, dribbling, control and balance.

Changes made to the defense:

- Teams will defend better, mainly the midfielders and defenders.

- Zonal marking has been enhanced and can be noticed with players blocking spaces in their allocated zone.

This results in more organised defending. Defenders and midfielders will track back whilst attackers block passing pathways to centrebacks and prepare for the counter attack.

- Increased the difference between pressing and non-pressing teams. Pressing teams will be willing to break out of their shape when defending whilst teams that employ a mid-block or drop back will stay in their shape.

- Defending is greatly improved, with attributes determining the quality of defending but not limiting attempts at defending.

Changes made to attack:

- Attempted to increase the attacking logic of the players, however, they will make the best runs as based on their role.

- Players, regardless of their attributes, will attempt to make attacking runs should their role permit them to do so.

The limitations of their role and the quality of their attributes will affect the quality of the runs made. This aims to make lower-level games play at their highest intensity, limited only by the quality of their players. The ideas will be attempted but their execution will be bad when playing at a lower level.

Changes made to the 'Feel' of the Gameplay:

- Reduced the speed of animations. This mainly affects turning animations.

- Reduced the minimum and overall speed of accelerating and sprinting. Players cover less distance on the pitch. This has been done to make the pitch feel slightly larger.

- Made animations smoother (making them slower).

*For both attacking and defensive positioning features of the game, they have been maximised so that every team, at any rating, performs to the limits of its players' overalls.

!Key difference with Standard version of the Mod is that it aims to equal the playing field between lesser and better teams, forcing the differences to be noticeable through attributes. Default EA FC 25 is set up such that lesser teams don't attempt any ideas being done at the top level. Thet goal here is so that every game feels as intense, only separated by attributes of the team being faced but with the AI playing to the best of its ability. I hope you understand this. There are a lot of changes made that cannot be covered in this description. Trying out the Mod yourself and giving feedback for improvements is the way to go.
