These are add-ons for “Just a Number”. Listen to those only after you
trained with the main file. There is no order, and you can listen to
either one or both files.
Just a Number: Your true Identity
Listening to this file will make your number your primary identity.
You will still use your normal name like you always did, but in your
mind you will know it’s just a fake and your number is your true
identity. And every time you hear your name or your number, your name
will become more and more meaningless to you, while the number becomes
more your true identity.
Just a Number: Obedience
Whenever someone gives you an order while using your number (for
example Nr. x do y) you will have a strong desire to comply. You will
slowly slide back into the mindset of being just a thing, objectified
and obedient. And if you try to fight it, a desire to comply will grow
inside of you. It will grow into an aching need, and sooner or later you
will have to give in to the pressure.
