ADT chapter 50

This chapter hits an major milestone: 1 million words. Yes, A Dragon's Tale has now reached the point of near-absurd length. You all are my kind of crazy to stick with our heroes this long.

This chapter also marks the first chapter of act 4 (of 5 total), the previous chapter having closed out act 3. Slowly but surely we're moving towards the climax. (pun intended). And before you ask, I have no idea how many total chapters ADT will be. I know the story and where it's going, but not how long it will take us to get there.

(I do have a sequel/spin-off planned though. Much like ADT gave us a look at the heroes of Strange Bedfellows years later, the sequel/spin-off will do the same for ADT's heroes, though it won't be years later; more like months.)

Thank you all so much for being my patrons. You allow me to continue writing at the pace I have been and I'm deeply grateful for that.
