Content Update

Hey Everyone!

I wanted to share a bit of an update right now about what I've been up to. Chapter 56 is going to be releasing soon, and it'll be will the conclusion of book 1 in the story. The manuscript was handed over to the editing team at Portal Books, and I'm currently working on editing it as they go through the chapters.

I'm not sure how much y'all know about the editing process or publishing companies, but Portal is well known for having fantastic editing, and it's far more in-depth than many other publishers. This does mean that it's more work for me, but it also means that the finished book will be far superior than it would have elsewhere (in my humble opinion).

Outside of that, I'm beginning to look into narrator options for the audible side of things. As you might expect, many of the super popular narrators have busy schedules, with busy being an understatement. We're in the process of reaching out to them currently, and exploring the different options that are available.

This whole process is brand new to me, as I've stated previously, I've never written anything before, and I was just an avid reader before starting this story, so I figured sharing this update would be kinda cool for some of you.

I'm going to begin work on book 2 shortly, likely in a few days. So content is coming.

On the topic of content, I will share that I find writing in serial has become more stressful recently. Serial meaning, content updates throughout the week in this case. I'm not able to sit down for 8 hours a day and pump out content, and honestly I don't think that would make for a good story (for me). I could throw a bunch of words onto paper and hope they stick, but I find that writing when I have a lot of creative energy and juices typically rewards us all with a better story (Like Daniel's).

Because of that, I wanted to say that I have no hard feelings if you decide that I'm not as active in content posting as you'd like, and if you decide to stop supporting me via Patreon, that's totally okay! I do hope you'll come back, or read the book when it's released.

Some of y'all seem perfectly happy just chilling and waiting for content despite my slower release schedule, and that's awesome, I really do appreciate you for continuing your support.

As of right now, I plan on having around 2 chapter releases per week, at least until editing is finished and I can start writing a bit more. I do have some free-time coming up and I plan on working on content and editing during that time.

Also, just a heads up, but around the 29th of this month, for about a week, I will be extremely busy in real life and content will likely be light around that time.
