They did the D&D movie? Sweet! Now I'm even more excited to see it.
2023-05-15 02:29:36 +0000 UTCYea this was one I felt was underlooked (which I guess is why I request films in general now). Very fun and funny, surprised me when I saw it only later that it wasn't very well known. If you liked this you'll likely like the director duo's latest work, which just came out, the new Dungeons and Dragons movie. They have basically the exact same style of humor although not quite as clever, and it translates well to a more action adventure focused film that that movie is. The main thing I was surprised on when I rewatched this initially (before requesting it in some place) was seeing Jim Gordon (Wright) in the movie lol. Such a stacked cast. The film is also a fun little companion piece for Glass Onion in my mind, if you've seen that.
