New community features and more
Added 2021-08-25 14:52:23 +0000 UTCSo, I'm already in the last stage of testing, which means version 1.2 will be out in a few days (28-30 approximately).
First of all, I want to thank you all for your support, you made me realize that someone is really interested in my game. Secondly, I want to let you know that I will update not only the game but also the page itself since the community also needs development.
From next month onwards, new features will be introduced:
-discord server (honestly do not know what people do there, but if everyone is doing so, why not. There you will be able to report bugs if there are any or just offer an idea/suggestion).
-Votes. For some reason, I thought it would be rather boring if I just showed you the pictures I drew, so in the next month, I'll pick a special date to vote for future content. During the voting, I will give you the opportunity to choose character costumes, select future scenes or choose future gameplay content from the sketches I've suggested. The winning sketches will be converted into full-fledged drawings accordingly. All patrons of the first level will get the option to participate in the first level voting, and I will also introduce 2 tier patrons who will have full control of all the voting.
- All patrons with super-cool pioneer status, that is, the first 10 people who supported me here (actually, only 9, but I don't care, who didn't make it, is too late) will get their moment of fame in the game. And it won't just be boring text in the credits that everyone flicks through, but a full-fledged weaving of your nicknames into the gameplay, while at the same time not distracting much from the process. I'll use the nicknames you have in Patreon, so if you want to change anything, you have a few days to email me.
By the way, an important thing about the game itself that needs to be mentioned is that the game is like a mutating ball of changing concepts and mechanics because if I find a new way to make the gameplay better, I will rework the whole code and make it better. But the downside is that your saves, due to this instability, probably won't work. However, I have taken this into consideration and will give you cheats that allow you to immediately start the game from where the new content was introduced, which means you won't have to go through everything all over again and you'll start at the point where the previous version ends.
Considering that I've had basically unlimited time to develop before, and this was my first deadline, I think I've done pretty well and accomplished pretty much everything I set out to do, and considering all the ideas I've had over the past few months, I've done even more.
Again, thanks for your support.
