Whimsical is a personal project, my book. Mandy Butterfly is my main character and these are the clothes that I think she would like to wear! The hair has been a dream since I started making cc, I’ve tried it a couple of times before, but now that I can make hairs from scratch, I think i finally made it work! Talking about the skirt, I’ve been missing those ones since forever. A lot of alpha simmers made pleated skirts, but I wanted to bring it to maxis match side!
