Weekly status report 2

 Hi all.

This week's highlight has been the shout-out from the kind folks at Tora Productions (thank you!), and we have had many new patrons (hello!).

Now about the work:

Art:

Most of the visual work done this week was on cutscenes. 

Chesnut completed two series, but we still have several to go, so next week too, she'll most likely be doing only cutscenes. 

Another thing that she worked on, but to a much lesser degree, was background elements (such a sheep).

Story:

Pistachio is almost done with most of the first draft of the dialogues. This also includes changes that were made because of modifying a quest. 

We were considering introducing a new auxiliary character that we had planned for later releases (because we thought the flow may not be smooth). However, after testing the game with place-holder images, we don't think that would be necessary (which is excellent since now Chestnut doesn't have to draw it for 0.2).  

More testing is to be done with actual images (once we have them) to make sure that story feels right. But so far, so good. 

Code:

We fixed a few of the issues that we noticed when testing and added the completed cutscenes to the game. 

The rest of the coding can only be completed once images are available (sex scenes, adding and adjusting cutscenes, etc.).

We added a new achievement for losing virginity (working title; "The Man"). It should trigger after MC's first sexual encounter (vaginal/anal). 

Posing:

Most of the posing job that we did this week corresponded to the cutscenes and animating some of the elements in the backgrounds.

Audio:

We thought we were done with the audio, but we felt that a couple of sound effects were necessary once we played the game.

Debug/Edit:

Debugging and editing are to be completed once we are (somewhat) done with the art and the text.

This includes the problem of performance. Pistachio will deal with this once the text and dialogues are acceptable (i.e., 3rd or 4th draft). 

Next week's plan: 

Next week's plan is continuing what we did this week until we are done with the cutscenes (sex scenes are next) and the text. Then we will be able to test the game in earnest (to see if we like the flow or need to change things). If all go well, we'll start posing by the end of the next week.
