There was a bug if you had already spoken to the head nurse at the clinic that prevented you from speaking about a candidate with Carmichael. Just unzip and overwrite this file in your game folder.
If you had previously talked to the nurse, just go back and talk to her again before returning to Carmichael.

Version 0.10 is coming along nicely. I will release it to the top patreon tier Saturday, June 17. Second and third tier patrons will recieve it on June 24, and July 1 for the public.
