0.2 download links + release notes

 Hi everybody.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to all of you who have supported us on Patreon. We would not have been able to work 2-months on this game, full-time as we did, if it wasn't because of you. Thank you.

Second, the community on Discord and on F95 has been fantastic, supportive, and has given us valuable criticisms and suggestions. And we want to say that we appreciate all your kind words and the time you have put in writing to us and trying to improve WaL. 

Please note that some of the points below may contain spoilers. So if you haven't played 0.1, tread with caution. 

Changes:

We have tried to listen to and consider all of your opinions and suggestions. These are some of the aspects that we have improved thanks to you:

• Changing the GUI
• Acknowledgment of loss of virginity (plus an achievement for it)
• Side-quest character's hints are hidden until after the intro
• MC making a comment about Maple's tiny house
• End-of-content pop-up message
• Introduction to hidden photos
• Junior's acknowledgment of being hit by Holly after MC has told her about him being the thief
• Change of buttons
• Toning down MC's excessive repetitiousness during the intro
• Adding more writing to the sex-scenes
• Plus a lot of typo/word-choice changes

There are more improvements that we want to add, including allowing you to repeat the cutscenes from the crystal ball. But they will have to wait for 0.3 and beyond.

0.2. Gameplay

In this update, we are continuing Princess Serena's quest from 0.1. It is very much linear in its narration and does not have side-quests or sandbox elements. 

Now that we have advanced the main story, we'll focus more on character quests, starting from 0.3.

About using old saves:

If you have completed Maple's sex-scene from 0.1, you will see a new achievement unlocked in your CV. This achievement corresponds to MC's loss of virginity. There is also a short text before this achievement with him talking about having become a man. 

We have reworked the way you're introduced to the hidden photos. To keep collecting hidden photos, you will first need to go and have a brief interaction with Lambert, the photographer (in the morning, at the tree near Holly's shack). 

Bugs:

We have tested the game extensively and couldn't find any bugs or issues. But in case we have missed any, please do let us know and we'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

Android:

Although we have not released an official Android port, we have tested it using Ren'py's emulator and we're hopeful that there will be no bugs once it is ported. For 0.3, we will try to release an official Android version.

If you have suggestions or improvements, feel free to express them (preferably on Discord or f95). 

We would also like to give credit to Gutworm, Kw1nn (from Discord), and Rubbishcoder (from F95), whose suggestions of content found their way to 0.2, and Mortze (from Tora Productions) whose art inspired one of Roses's hands. If we're missing a name, we're really sorry and just let us know.

Also thank you to all of you who voted in our polls for the subjects of hidden photos and names of Biggs and Wedge (plus Zeller who suggested them).
