Vorinomicon 0.2.28 More EXP and some things to do!

I’m sad to say that due to a technical hiccup, I lost about a week's worth of work and I’ve been playing catch up to get back to where I was before but there is still some new content to check out mostly in theft reclamation.
The next build on the 15th will be the next part of the ruins where things begin to wrap up with being able to track down the last two parts and we will be adding in another level up screen as well as more drinks.
- Added in the ability to channel your inner Karen and complain about things at the ruins guardstation.
- Have a meeting with a returning character from day one in room 27…I wonder who it could be!
- Several soft locks when going fishing have been patched.
- Fixed a soft lock when trying to leave the car park
- Fixed text not displaying when fighting the racoon and when talking to Mark about it.
- Army recruiter and Perfume saleswoman now give EXP when eaten and so does chasing off the racoon.
