Newlife WIP version

I've been having a tough few days for non-newlife reasons, so progress has been a bit slow. However, by the cunning ploy of staying up late enough that I'll only be getting about four hours sleep, I've put together a dev version for you to try out.
Well, don't mind my complaining. Just been one of those weeks.
Anyway, this is a dev version of 0.4.16. It's near-complete but there are a few potential issues I want to look into, it's only been very lightly tested and I'd like to add a bit more content to flesh out some areas.
This version allows you to get married as long as you haven't chosen the naked wedding option (as yet unimplemented). The public-consummation option is also unimplemented but won't block the wedding: it's just ignored.
To get married you need to buy a dress and then choose the appropriate weekend option.
There's also a new random event for married couples and a bunch of minor changes.
Please report any bugs you find. There may be a lot of them: even my "minimal" testing before putting the dev release out found a whole series of major errors and took quite a few hours. It's likely there are still problems in there.
The proper release shouldn't be too far off. Unfortunately my aforementioned non-newlife issues mean I need to be away from home for a bit which will make things a bit more awkward. Still, I've done releases off a laptop before so unless something gets broken in transit I should have it done in by Wednesday or Thursday.
