On MONDAY -- that's right, NOT Tuesday -- we'll be smashing this podcast right into the turnbuckle with Evil Uno of All Elite Wrestling. We've never had a guest like Evil Uno, and some of the Discord regulars are already pumped. It'll probably be pretty tame. On to TierZoo...

First off, we’d like to wish the infamous Ben W a happy 3-year anniversary with The Create Unknown and Unknown Media. Here’s to 33 more years with a 333% reduction in pay!

No one goes deep into the animal kingdom the way TierZoo does. Between analysis and rankings, TierZoo’s entryway into serious zoological thought has familiar roots: a similar concept to Vsauce. Magic: The Gathering and Runescape videos paved the way for something we never really see… instant success. Like, literally his first TierZoo upload blew up.

So, what is the peak? Is there even a peak? Would it be possible to realize it? TikTok, Shorts, traditional YouTube… there’s a lot of content at this point, but fusing genres pays off.

Monthly uploads may actually be a direct result of… ZooCards decades ago? But TierZoo is finding that topics aren’t as easy to come by as he fills in knowledge-gaps about each animal group. And if he *can* show us bacteria wars on a microscopic level, he should. Subjectivity is always a challenge in the TierZoo ecosystem, but it’s not insurmountable.

And he’s parlayed his channel into a spot on Nebula, where he’s found both freedom and an excellent community. After a cruel attack on the dignity of cats (which is 100% accurate) Kevin asks Patron questions about TierZoo’s favorite parasite, his past in the food manufacturing industry, worms, and dinosaurs.
