Updates!

Hey everyone!

Thought I'd let you all know what's been going on lately and how things are moving forward. Don't worry, it's a step in a positive direction! But first I gotta give some context.

About a year ago I had to find a roommate quickly to split the bills. At first it seemed all okay, but it slowly turned into an uncomfortable living situation (Gas left on, broken glass left around, and smoke alarms going off every week). Needless to say it's been hard to stay calm and focus on my work for a while nowπŸ˜…

Then despite a no pets rule, they eventually brought 3 dogs to live here 🫠. So kind of a weird situation as I obviously can't do many chemistry experiments with pets around.

Good news is, they've moved out. This means I can work on great content again and I've got a lot planned. For example, I'm converting my shed into a workshop to learn wood and metal fabrication skills (especially welding). I'm hoping this speeds up video production and makes for higher quality projects as 90% of my time is currently spent fiddling with tools the wrong way haha. It's still going to take time, but being comfortable should make a huge difference especially for livestreams.

On a serious note though, this past year has taken its toll on my mental health. Situations like having police show up a few times because of people they invited over lead me to spending great deals of time locked in my room to avoid the potential chaos in the house. I'm normally one to persevere through any challenges, but living in an environment that doesn't feel as safe is not something I'm familiar with. It might take me a little while to bounce back fully, but I know I will.

Seriously thanks to everyone who's supported me, I wouldn't be able to have this job without you all. I can't wait to show you what's next :)

That's hectic! Must've been pretty bad if the smoke, gas and glass was troubling you; that's normally your thing?!

I am deeply saddened to here of the mess you endured. Take your time, find your joy. It is the genuine joy and antics that drew me to your channel. Take care.
