I too was scratching my head at what miracle powder that might have been because it did not look like any salt container I'd ever seen, especially with it saying "dextrose", "lemon juice" and "carob bean gum" in the ingredients. I was all set to up my scrambled egg game to Cthulhu levels with an imported tub of his secret ingredient. Turned out it's a repurposed raspberry sorbet tub...
