The author's name was literally "Count Virgin Boy", and also they say "By the age 30 earned himself the honorable title of 'Wizard'" . In Japan, some parents tell their children, if they stay virgin till they turn 30, they'd become a wizard.

I also loved how they used the trope where the tiny girl (Eta) was in a one piece swimsuit. They just had to turn it up a bit and make it a bunny outfit.
