Minor Tier Change

I've gotten rid of the $20 tier, which was previously meant to be the character voting tier - I had only one patron of this tier (who I've talked to about this and they lowered their pledge, woo!) and I kept opening up the character votes to be for the $10 and $20 tiers just to make sure there were more varied votes - now that's a feature, rather than a bug, of sorts!
Basically, $20 tier was not used enough for me to justify it being around, and it is now gone! $10 will get you the theme polls, character polls, AND ideas box every month!
