Script Use Policy

THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

This will be linked in the pinned script list for easy access for patrons.  I figured I'd update this a bit, nothing's really changed but I would like to make sure we're on the same page. You can always reach out to me if you have any questions/concerns. Making this public too.

UPDATED 08/07/2023:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO PERFORM ANY OF THE SCRIPTS HERE. BY SUBSCRIBING TO MY PATREON, YOU'RE TELLING ME YOU'RE 18+ AND IF I FIND OUT OTHERWISE, I WILL NOT HESITATE TO BLOCK AND REMOVE YOU.

• You can perform the scripts and post fills to monetizable platforms such as YouTube, Patreon etc.
• Credit me as the writer somewhere whether it's the description, comments, thumbnail etc.
• Do not share any of these scripts with anyone outside of my Patreon.
• If you are planning on using a fill of the script on a paywall I request access to the audio. This can be done in many ways whether it's emailing, DMing, etc.
• Most gender specific scripts are okay to change to suit your needs, they will be labeled in the script list if otherwise.
• While most of the exclusive scripts are A4A, I do make F4M/M4F exclusive scripts too and you are more than welcome to change the genders to suit your needs
• In the event you need to unsubscribe to my Patreon and you have fills of exclusive scripts uploaded, you do not have to take them down

REGARDING CHANGES TO THE SCRIPTS:

Changes to scripts are something I'm generally okay with provided they don't change the story too much. However there are some exceptions

1. For NSFW scripts do not add in kinks that are not in the script itself.

2. Do not add in NSFW endings to SFW scripts.

TITLE CHANGES:

Generally speaking I’d prefer the title stays either the same or similar/ abbreviated in the case of YouTube as I’m well aware there’s a 100 character limit. But I am open to slight changes due to that + YouTube monetization bot overlords and words that get flagged by them.

However,

do NOT misrepresent my scripts with shock value clickbait titles that are controversial

WHEN POSTING TO R/GONEWILDAUDIO:

It’s important to use the “Private Script Fill” flair for fills of my scripts as the scripts are not posted there otherwise the post may get removed if you’re using the “script fill” flair for a script that isn’t posted there.

REGARDING AI:

In the current state of the world, AI is rapidly evolving to a point where it is beginning to be more and more difficult to identify whether certain media is AI generated or not. I’d imagine it’s much easier to tell for voices as hearing some of these script with the voices of certain celebrities, politicians should be pretty obvious that it’s not them. But Artwork is getting harder to tell. At this time there are many valid concerns from VAs, Artists, Musicians and other Creatives regarding the use of AI in creative fields especially when it comes to the consent of the creative.

That being said, Regarding fills of my scripts and the use of AI:

AI GENERATED VOICES: ABSOLUTELY NOT

AI GENERATED ARTWORK: This is a complicated one.  At this time I'd prefer you don't, but I recognize as I mentioned above it's difficult to tell. If you're gonna use it, please make sure it's being ethically trained/sourced! HOWEVER, I'd prefer you don't use it with performances of my scripts.

ALSO,

DO NOT USE MY SCRIPTS TO TRAIN AI

NOT A REQUIREMENT BUT SOMETHING I'D LIKE TO MENTION:

I want to start by saying this will will not be enforced or required, however there have been instances where people have stolen scripts of mine from YouTube's auto-generated captions. This has both been done on my own fills of my scripts and other VAs' fills of my scripts. That being said, it's my personal recommendation that you remove the auto-generated captions if uploading on YouTube. I understand this makes the audios less accessible and I don't like that, but I also would like to help prevent my work being stolen in that manner. Like I said, I will not be enforcing that you remove the captions, it's just a recommendation that honestly helps protect my work, I'd just like to keep this in mind.
