Holy Moly!!! I was unable to read the rest of the chapter because I had to work, I come back and we see a glance of Liora is past?!? I knew it!! I knew she was in denial of becoming human again, she said there was no way for her to return to the human she used to be, even though Renir, Cee and many others said from the beginning that the system can make her at the very least humanoid, but I guess it’s not just a matter of becoming physically human or humanoid (since I guess in the end she probably be a beast kin instead of human) I think it’s mostly psychological, I think it’s combination of both her knowing that she fundamentally changed when she became a bird, and that when she was a human a very painful thing happened to her or maybe many painful things, in comparison just being a bird is…easier. Must be extremely painful, waking up one day different, and you just know you can never be who you used to be, so you just bury that part even further, if she stayed in that forest then she probably would have lived and died as just a bird in this life, but she didn’t, she met Renir her shiniest treasure, she got out, she met many other people that I believe made her human self resurface even more, then she met Cee, someone who is in the same situation as her. Damn this is just so Good 😭 I wanna know more so bad!! Thanks again for the chapter!!
