WARNING: DO NOT USE VIRTUAL PLAYING ORCHESTRA!!
As of 2022-02-10 VPO is misleading it's users into violating copyright of the source samples' authors. The library uses various sources licensed under CC-Sampling+ (requires attribution) or CC-BY-SA (requires attribution AND using CC-BY-SA license for your music). This makes it an absolute nightmare to use legitimately, but the author has also erronously stated it's ok to use it without attribution or license limitation.
If you want to use VPO instruemnts, you need to track down what samples are used, who made them and what license applies to them - then comply to that license.
SO JUST DON'T USE VIRTUAL PLAYING ORCHESTRA!
I am deeply sorry, as I've passed on this misleading information and helped mislead others, causing further harm to the authors of the samples. I will take care to not repeat such a mistake again.

From this livestream you can learn:
And a lot more...
You can download the Ardour 6 session here:

You'll need this software and resources to open that session correctly:
Dragonfly Hall Reverb LV2
If you follow the livestream you'll see how to set the instruments up - you'll need to select the used string section SFZ file to get the strings to work.
I also attach a rendered out version (with a sightly tweaked mix).
